SIDEKICK (DAY-OF) PACKAGE
 | Your plans are in the works and are coming together just as you’ve imagined – but who’s going to make sure everything goes smoothly so you can relax, have fun and…you know…get married?! Sounds like you need a trusted Sidekick! (Doesn’t every superhero?) Our Sidekick Package is completely comprehensive and includes about 40 hours of planning/coordinating time, which covers everything you need to enjoy a stress-free wedding day. Take a look at the list of included services below and click any item for full details. Sidekick A lead and an assistant coordinator are yours for up to twelve hours. We'll oversee set-up of the venue, arrange all your personal items (favors, escort cards, guest book, etc.), greet and assist vendors, distribute flowers, cue the ceremony musicians and the bridal party, consult with caterers on food service (and make sure YOU get to eat), keep an eye on timing of toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc., distribute final payments and tips, and pack up all your goodies for you at the end of the night. Additionally, we are the go-to people the day of the wedding – the troubleshooters, the emergency kit providers, the givers of directions to the bathroom, the extinguisher of fires! In short, we're there to make sure you can have the best time ever at your own party! The first meeting takes place about two months prior to the wedding. That's when we begin to get familiar with the details of your day and help you locate any missing pieces while there's still plenty of time to work them out. The second meeting, aka "The Hand-Off," is usually about two weeks prior to the wedding. That's when we take over and you get to focus on friends, family and fun! Show us what you’ve got! Give us the lay of the land! Where are the bathrooms?!? We work closely with you to make sure we have a crystal clear picture of how you envision your wedding day to be, and then assemble that information into a professional timeline so that everything appears to flow effortlessly! About two weeks prior to the wedding (when the details are pretty much finalized), we contact your vendors to confirm arrangements and introduce ourselves. At that time, we become the point-people handling all remaining vendor communications. Should they have any questions or concerns, they'll come to us and, if necessary, we'll come to you. Because dealing with a dozen different vendors is NOT what you need to be focused on the week of your wedding! We'll coordinate your rehearsal for you. Or, if the venue does that, we'll still attend - that way we learn the names of your VIP's ASAP! From general questions to just needing to vent, we're there for you! The Sidekick Package base price is $1250. Some weddings (i.e., over 200 guests, multiple venues, limited set-up time) may require additional staff and/or fees. We know it’s no fun to call a bunch of vendors asking about prices, but every wedding is unique so we’d love it if you’d contact us for a complimentary initial consultation and pricing specific to your event. |
