Our Sidekick service offers comprehensive event coordination designed to allow self-planning couples to become worry-free guests at their own wedding. We'll get you started off on the right foot with our recommended vendor list and then begin meeting with you a few months prior to the wedding day in order to become completely familiar with your vision and assist you in finalizing all the details. You plan, and we provide all the support you need to bring your celebration to life!

For those seeking further support, we can add additional blocks of consulting time to your Sidekick package to be used for monthly planning meetings or vendor meeting attendance. Sidekick Details

Full Day-Of Event Coordination

Our professional coordination team is on-site for up to 12 hours ensuring that your wedding comes to life exactly as you’ve planned!  We’ll oversee set-up of the venue, greet and direct vendors, arrange your small, personal items, cue the ceremony musicians, consult with caterers on food service (and make sure YOU get to eat), keep an eye on timing of all focal moments, distribute final payments and tips, and gather up all your goodies for you at the end of the night. In short, we’re there to make sure you can have the best time ever at your own party!

We have a thorough list of highly trusted, creative, wonderful vendors that we’re happy to share with you. These are hand-picked professionals who have consistently demonstrated their support for creativity and unconventionality in weddings while delivering a five-star product at a fair price!

In-Person Planning Meetings & Venue Review

Typically, we’ll meet in person three times before the wedding with with our first meeting taking place about three months prior to the event.  That’s when we’ll review the venue together and begin to familiarize ourselves with the layout and vision for your event. At the second meeting (about two months prior) we’ll go over all the details of your day to form a crystal clear vision of the event as well as focus on helping you locate any missing pieces while there’s still plenty of time to work them out! Our final meeting is about two weeks prior to the wedding.  At that time we’ll confirm the final plans and take over vendor communications so you can focus on friends, family and fun!

Step-By-Step Day-Of Timeline

We work closely with you to make sure we have full knowledge of how you envision your wedding day to be, and then assemble that information into a professional timeline so that everything appears to flow effortlessly!

Vendor Contract Review and Confirmation

Troubleshooting is our specialty and this is where it begins! We’ll review your executed vendor contracts to verify everything you’ve been promised is in writing, then contact each vendor to confirm those arrangements. About two weeks before the wedding, we’ll become the point-people handling all remaining vendor communications.  Should they have any last-minute questions or concerns, they’ll come to us and, if necessary, we’ll come to you.  Because dealing with a dozen different vendors is NOT what you need to be focused on the week of your wedding!

Rehearsal Coordination

We’ll coordinate your rehearsal for you.  Or, if the venue does that, we’ll still attend - that way we learn the names of your VIP’s ASAP!

Sidekick Pricing Note: Our event coordination pricing is customized based on the specific venue and size/scope of the event. The pricing below is provided as an example of what we typically charge for many popular Los Angeles venues. Please secure your venue prior to inquiring about services. 

Supported Venue - $2500
