Typically, we’ll meet in person three times before the wedding with with our first meeting taking place about three months prior to the event. That’s when we’ll review the venue together and begin to familiarize ourselves with the layout and vision for your event. At the second meeting (about two months prior) we’ll go over all the details of your day to form a crystal clear vision of the event as well as focus on helping you locate any missing pieces while there’s still plenty of time to work them out! Our final meeting is about two weeks prior to the wedding. At that time we’ll confirm the final plans and take over vendor communications so you can focus on friends, family and fun!
